We are pleased to inform our customers and partners that Philipp Triet has taken over the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of ELPRO-BUCHS AG and the ELPRO Group as of December 1, 2024.
Philipp Triet succeeds Philipp Osl, who is leaving ELPRO at his own request. During his time as CEO and most recently as Chief Innovation Officer, Philipp Osl played a key role in shaping the company and contributing to its long-term success.
Philipp Triet, who will be a member of the ELPRO executive management team, has worked for various Swiss companies in the fields of electronics and mechatronics development and production as well as digital drinking water management. Most recently, he was head of product development EMEA at the Condair Group, which is also active in the medical sector. There he was a member of the global group management and responsible for the introduction of agile project methods throughout the entire development process.
In addition to his professional activities, the qualified electronics engineer earned a degree in applied electrical engineering and a master of business administration at the FFHS in Zurich and Bern. He also deepened his knowledge in the field of software engineering at HSR Rapperswil. With this broad expertise, Triet and his teams developed one of the first IoT-enabled underfloor heating systems, IoT-enabled humidification systems and systems for temperature monitoring and data recording in drinking water systems, among other things.
