Troubleshooting connection issues of sensors and ECOLOG-PRO RBR

In very rare cases, interrupted communication with the monitoring software occurred due to failed memory release on the ECOLOG-PRO RBR. This can lead to missing values for measurement modules ECOLOG-PRO 1NTR, 2PTR and 1THR.

The following workaround is available: please disconnect the power supply of your ECOLOG-PRO RBR communication modules and switch them on again after 10 seconds. ECOLOG-PRO RBR will automatically connect again to the monitoring software and the sensors. All sensors will resend the buffered measurement values. Hence, no data is lost. This issue will be fixed with the next version.
