Can I use browser plugins for translation of content?
We recommend not to enable a browser plugin for translation, as this may lead to unexpected behaviour (e.g. blank screen, incorrect content)
Can I use the same organization name for multiple accounts?
In the event that you have multiple locations, each with its own elproCLOUD account, it is imperative to ensure that each location possesses a distinct and unique organization name. This is crucial for security reasons.
Is it possible to utilize a single email for multiple accounts?
No, that is not possible. An email address may only be registered once, for security reasons.
How can an admin modify the data of another user?
If an admin needs to modify data such as the name or email of another user, user account must be deleted and recreated with the updated information.
Sensor replacement failed: what should I do?
Sensor replacement may be denied if the targeted sensor exhibits unacknowledged deviations or has pending deviations, such as a temperature excursion. Ensure the sensor in question has no pending or unacknowledged deviations before requesting replacement.

Why are the timestamps in CSV different from PDF/Excel?
Timestamps in CSV files are saved in UTC by default. Excel and PDF, on the other hand, automatically adjust the time stamps to the time zone of your organisation. Therefore, the timestamps in the various file formats may differ.
Emails from elprocloud@elpro.com often end up in spam, what can I do?
ELPRO recommends adding this sender address to a whitelist in the email security settings.

Can elproCLOUD provide automated periodic reports?
No, elproCLOUD does not yet have a feature that generates reports at defined intervals. Alternatively, you can use process automation platforms (e.g. MS Power Automate, Zapier, etc.) to create automated workflows. Please contact the respective provider regarding specific operational parameters and functionality.
