      How to register an elproCLOUD account

      In order to get started with elproCLOUD, you need to register an elproCLOUD account upfront. 

      Important: The software support the following browsers: Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.

      • Click on Register new account in the lower part of the login window.

      • Fill in the information about your organization:

        • Your organization's name
        • Address (street and number), ZIP code, town, country
        • Your tax ID or company ID
      • Fill in the information about yourself, as the Administrator for the organization account:

        • First name and last name

        • Email address

        • Mobile phone number (for receiving alarm messages via SMS); if not available, please provide a regular phone number

        • Password (2x)

      • Fill in your credit card details:

        • Card number

        • Name on card

        • Expiration date

        • CVC (in most cases, you can find this 3-digit number on the back of your credit card)

      If you already have obtained a prepaid credit through ELPRO that you would like to use to pay for the sensors, you can leave the credit card field empty. 

      If you don't want to use a credit card but would rather like to obtain a new prepaid credit, please contact us at online@elpro.com. 

      • Confirm that you have read and understood the privacy policy as well as elproCLOUD's terms of use.

      • Click on Register

      • Check your email account for a new message from elproCLOUD.

      • Click on the link provided in this email to confirm your registration.


      If you did not receive the activation e-mail, please check with your IT, whether your firewall has blocked the e-mail.

      If that is not the case, please create a support ticket here.
