Please take note, that you always should save the data first.
You may reprogram the device and after this, it should be replaced as soon as possible.
The device shows error "Interval Length Issue"
The error occurs either when switching from summer / winter time or often the server has a temporary overload. Depending if other applications like virus scanner, backup or creating an image of the server are installed and running, they could occur delay in reading measurement values in time.
"No Connection" to ECOLOG-NET sensors appears sporadically
Check web interface of the device by entering the IP address of the I/O module in the web browser on the app server. Afterwards, sign in with the ELPRO user. Choose section "Management" on the left side of the screen and click on "Connection". Now you could see all IP addresses that currently have access to the selected device. Only the IP address of the app server should appear here. The logger can only communicate with one IP address at the same time; therefore, a second address suggests a wrong setting. Give all other IP addresses to the IT of the customer in order to analyze what the source of the other access is.
Error reloading data from the ECOLOG-NET LH2 with short logging interval
When reloading the data from the ECOLOG-NET LH2 with a logging interval of 1 minute, it could happen that implausible data are stored in the database. These sensors has to be retired and a new sensor with a logging interval of 5 minutes or higher must be applied. If measuring points for temperature / humidity are required in a fast logging interval, this can be realized with the data logger ECOLOG-NET LA8.
The user is blocked from BASE Maintenance login after entering the wrong user name or password. What to do?
When entering a wrong user or password, the corresponding error message appears three times, then the account got locked and it looks as if nothing is happening anymore.
Please log in to elproUSER with the supervisor account and unlock the affected user. After that he can log in again.
