The Client Secret Key has expired

When the Client Secret Key has expired, the e-mail inbox is no longer reachable. This will be shown by a pop-up message:

In order to create a new elproASSISTANT Pack&Go with your renewed Client Secret Key please contact the ELPRO Customer Success Team or create a support ticket.

The logfile has reached a critical size

When the logfile reaches a critical size, this will be indicated by the pop-up message below:

To ensure the performance of elproASSISTANT, the user shall press “Remove all” to delete the logfile. This will not affect the duplicate check and already processed PDF files will not be processed again.We suggest to archive the logfile previously by using the “Export” button.
