How to generate a Live Link

Learn how to share the recorded data with your partners.

A Live Link is used to give unregistered third parties an insight into the run of their sensor.

To do this, follow the steps below:

• Open the Analysis page of the affected sensor 
  • Click directly on the affected sensor in the Dashboard...
  • ... or navigate via the Menu button in the List View / Dashboard to the Sensor Analysis page.
• Press the button in the upper right corner
• The link will be displayed in a new window. Press "Copy to clipboard" to copy the link to your clipboard.
  
• Send the link as a message to the desired recipient

By opening the live link, the recipient now has a view of the complete last run of the selected sensor without logging in and also the possibility to generate reports and exports:

 

The following aspects contribute to the security of the Live Link:

• Every single Live Link is unique and cannot be expected by strangers
• The validity of the generated Live Link expires as soon as a sensor is deleted.
• The validity of the generated Live Link expires as soon as a sensor is set to retired.
