Support Terms & Conditions

Often, at the beginning of a support case, the cause and scope cannot be identified. Our employee(s) will point out to you when a chargeable service becomes necessary. You can then decide whether ELPRO will be contracted for this.

Please note that the following support cases are not free of charge and will be charged with 196 CHF / hour:

  • Installations of software
  • Commissioning of software, systems, data loggers
  • Instruction/training: If you require training or further support, we can of course provide you with an offer. You are also welcome to send us your questions in advance, so that we can deal with them in detail.
  • Configurations of data loggers or changes of your configuration
