As part of our off-site service, you send us your equipment and your cryogenic shipper and storage lids for temperature data logger monitoring kit installation, calibration, and servicing. We ensure the highest quality standards are met in our ISO 17025 accredited laboratories worldwide. We return your equipment to you in a timely manner. To ensure smooth operations, ask us about our temporary replacement devices while your equipment is out for service. We will provide you with a suitable offer.


In many cases - for example with wired systems - calibration and other services simply cannot be performed by shipping the equipment to our labs. For your convenience, we schedule our certified field service technicians to travel to your location and perform the necessary work — without sacrificing quality or precision.
